Delivery Information

All orders are packed securely in boxes to make sure they arrive safely.

Some packages are sent by Royal Mail First Class, which carries a delivery time of 1 to 2 days. We always obtain a proof of posting for your peace of mind.

Some packages are sent by Courier, which have a tracking number.

All orders received before 10am Monday to Thursday will be despatched the next day.

(Please note that delivery on Personalised items will take approximately 2 days longer).

All orders received on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be despatched on Monday.

Postage & Packing for all products is £6.99.

Remote postal areas: Northern Scotland, Northern Ireland, Western Isles, Hebrides etc. please contact us for prices as there will be additional charges.

International deliveries: Please contact us for pricing.

If you require a guaranteed next day service, please contact us for details.

Local delivery: If you live in the Kirklees or Calderdale area, we can deliver by hand to any address, including HRI and Calderdale Hospitals, for the small charge of £3.95.

Overseas Orders: We are happy to mail overseas, so please contact us should you wish to discuss international postage costs.

Returns Policy

We are confident that you will be delighted and thrilled with our Nappy Cakes. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be only too happy to offer a full refund or exchange providing the goods are returned, in perfect original condition and unused, within 7 days.

PLEASE NOTE: For obvious reasons we do not accept returns on personalised items. Thanks

Please note that we cannot accept responsibility if a customer returns a package and we do not receive it. Therefore, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service.

We do not refund postage and packaging as these are direct costs.
